BOOK NOW

Dear holiday guests,

This code is intended to provide assistance for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartments properly, you will help us to ensure that you and other guests have a pleasant stay in “De ole School” in the future.

Our holiday accommodation De ole School should be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and have a nice starting and landing base for your activities at, in and on the sea, on the beach and in and around Hohwacht. We put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope that you will find everything you need. Each apartment has its own parking space integrated into the landscaping in the immediate vicinity. 16 apartments are barrier-free.

There are three spacious outdoor saunas, a barbecue area with seating, a high-quality outdoor playground as well as a children's and a teenager's room, including darts, table tennis, etc., as well as lockable surfer boxes. There are also additional storage rooms, bicycle parking spaces and a charging area for electric cars.

General

If you miss anything in the facility, please contact us in confidence, preferably via the guest app. All things that are in the holiday apartments can and should be used by the guests. However, please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the apartment with care.

This also means that all items must remain in the apartments. Please also ensure that your fellow travelers also adhere to the rental conditions.

Kitchen

Please be careful with the kitchen equipment and technical equipment. Since a dirty kitchen doesn't please anyone, we ask you to only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on tables or countertops without coasters.

Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting and leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean. You can find more information about the technical kitchen appliances in our guest app and in the menu of the smart TV in your apartment.

Damage

We don't believe anyone intentionally damages anything - but it can happen that something breaks. We would be pleased if you reported the damage immediately and we

You don't have to discover this until after your departure during the final cleaning. Then we can provide a replacement in good time and also offer the next guests complete equipment.

Ventilate

To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently.

i.e. Ventilate at least once a day for 5-10 minutes plus and especially after showering.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also adhere to the rental conditions. The entrance door and all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary. In the interest of all of us, water and electricity resources should be used carefully.

The majority of the energy for De ole School is provided via an air heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature local heating network. The result not only saves energy, but also guarantees a high level of thermal comfort and a fresh indoor climate with high energy efficiency and a very good CO2 balance.

disposal

The waste is separated into residual waste, paper and packaging with the green dot and organic waste. Appropriately labeled containers are available on the property between Huus Blomen and the street “Am Buchholz”. Please only use rubbish bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with rubbish bags and dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin.

A glass container is located in the parking lot of the EDEKA “Ffrischemarkt Alpen” (Seestraße 2a). No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Please avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (e.g. do not throw hygiene products into the toilet).

cleaning

We ask you to leave the holiday apartment swept clean when you leave and to put the used dishes back neatly in the cupboards.

If a mishap happens to you (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please fix it immediately or let us know if it doesn't work on your own.

Rest periods

In the spirit of being a good neighbor, we ask you to observe public rest times such as lunch, night and Sunday rest throughout the district.

Even in the holiday apartment itself, you should behave quietly between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. out of mutual respect.

Free wireless internet access ((W)LAN) is available in the holiday apartments. We will send you the access code by email in good time before your arrival. Using the Internet with your own (W)LAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge.
